Sep-16-2009 I was asked to report at Syntel Adyar office by
9.30AM, I thought of going by bike and suddenly my mom asked me to go by call
taxi, so I decided to start by 8 so that I can comfortably reach the place by
9. As planned the taxi came and my journey towards Syntel started successfully.
I was dreaming so much becas getting a job in Software Company in 2009 was a
very tough task and I was proud that I got one offer. Music in the car was good
and I still remember that song bannarasu pattu katti from ninaithale innilum

Suddenly a guy signaled towards the back side and asked us
to check the rear tire of car, god dam puncture!!!! It was 8.30 and the driver
was fixing the puncture and he said ‘sir I’ve been driving car for last 7 years
and this is the first time the tires got flattened!!!! Back ground music in my ears was ( dan da dan
than mokai mohan ithu thevaya!!! ) after struggling for 20 minutes he fixed the
tires and we were caught in early morning traffic!!! Finally I reached the office by 9.50 which is
20 minutes late than the reporting time!!! Everyone was busy filling the
joining forms and I was looking at the HR to get one form for myself... she
told ‘innake late variye join pannathuku aprom epdi ne correct time ku office
varuva’ whatever she asked was so correct ava nerma enakku pudichirunduthu so
